LATE AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to scheduling commitments to other clients and our staff's personal schedules, we may need to reschedule any appointment in which you are more than 20 minutes late. All appointments require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule to avoid a cancellation fee.

We stand firmly behind all of our salon services. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with our service, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the situation. Adjustments will be honored for 7 days from the date of initial service. 

Please note that prices listed here are typical “base prices” and subject to consultation. We provide services customized to each individual guest. Prices are based on the stylist’s/colorist’s experience, and may be subject to change without notice.

RETAIL

If you are unhappy with any product purchased from the shop, you may exchange it or receive a product credit for future use within 30 days of purchase. No cash refunds.
